Yeup... It's me. I'm alive and kickin' yo! I haven't touched my blog for awhile ... well you could probably tell those stories are just rotten. I've been having a hard time coming up with a good story to tell. My life is basically the same story from day to day. Pretty much doing the same routine. I'm glad the weekend is finally here and I'm so excited that this is my weekend off. Last weekend I was scheduled to do inventory for work. Oh gosh... I have to be at work at 6am. You know how hard it is to get up that early on sunday morning? Yes... very hard! It's hard enough for me to get up at 8 every morning. I had cups and cups of coffee to keep me up and going. But it didn't help. I'm just not good at getting up early 'cuz I'm more of a night person. I don't usually go to bed before 2am and won't get up before the clock is showing two digits. Hehehe... it's no surprise that sometimes I would show up my nose a little late at work. Oh yeah... everybody knows that Laura (that's what people call me at work) doesn't do well with morning shifts. Hehehe. So anyway when I got there at 6 that morning ... my big boss, my manager's supervisor, was laughing out loud. I guess he was just amazed to see me that early. I did too! I was so surprised that I made it! Man.. I'm so glad I don't have to keep this job forever or else I'll be damned. Sometimes I wonder how some people could survive this job for more than 10 years and they seem to like what they're doing very much. Some even say that this job (retail job) could replace their exercise schedule. You actually doing exercise while you're working. Well I can say that it's true. We're on our feet for at least 5 to 8 hours every day. We run-around to help customers, check fitting rooms every hour, take merchandise out of the fitting room, put them back to where they belong or take them back to the right department. When I first started I had a hard time getting used to this routine. I mean I like being busy and I don't mind it at all. In fact, at my previous job I worked 40 hours a week, taking 5 classes, president of ISA, and bla bla bla. But this job, wow... it surely drained my entire energy. I've lost 15 pounds eversince I started this job. A little hint for those who'd want to lose those pounds... WORK RETAIL!!! Hehehe... I wasn't planning to lose weight but I won't complain now ... I kinda like not carrying those pounds anymore. I do feel healthier than ever. Hhmmm ... don't know what I'm gonna do when I quit this job which is gonna happen sometime soon. I'm gonna miss my exercise so much .... bhuhuhu.

Lately I've been day dreaming about what I'm gonna do once I'm back in Jakarta. Sometimes I'm thrilled, most times I'm scared, other times ... confused. The only thing I dislike about going home tuh pas ketemu ama tante2 gue. Wedeeehhhh.... beteh! You know.. eversince my mom passed away they seem to take charge in everything and that everything includes my personal life. I hate it. They keep asking the same lines of questions. First, apa kabar? ... Second, Gimana amerika?? ... Third and on, pacarnya siapa? kapan nikah? mau dikenalin sama anaknya pak ini gak? Weeedeeehhhh... SHUT UP! I'm serious. Don't you all get the same questions, too. Man.. you're so lucky if you don't. I understand that they care so much about me but.. come on ... my mom wasn't even that bad. And I can consider myself a grown up now. Oh hell yeah... !!! Ugh... nyebelin deh... kayaknya yang ada di pikirannya mereka gue musti nikah. Once one of my aunts said this to me, ayo donk nikah... masa anak gadis kerjanya gonta ganti pacar melulu. I was like Oh my god... bawel amat sih. With all due respect ... generasinya aja udah beda. They grew up pas jamannya tipi cenelnya cuma satu cuma TVRI doank ... lah gue kan MTV era donk (jiyeh... norak!... huauhauha) Yah jelas beda! Kali deh jaman sekarang orang pacaran cuma sekali trus nikah. Emangnya gue sekolah capek2 trus abis kelar kuliah nikah abis itu ojrok2. (hayo apa ojrok2 .... ) Huh bawel yah ... tak sudi. Don't get me wrong... I'm not afraid of commitment ... tapi gue ngacir deh kalo dijodohin. Owh no ... not my kind of thing. Siap2 aja deh nih gue pulang ... entar kalo udah mulai ngungkit2 ke arah topik jodoh ... gue bla bla bla aja kali yah. Hihihi yang ada di cekek, di gantung, di pasung kali entar.

Hmmm... what else is on my mind. I have so much stuff to tell but I'm getting a little tired now. Time to go jet to bed. *ooppsss* ... can't do 'cuz I'm actually not at home. Emil had to go back to work at midnight and so I come along. It's a quarter after 3 and he's still busy. Ngapain lagi yah... nge blog udah ... liat2 website udah ... oh iya... ceting belom! .. ihhihihi... payah nih gak boleh download. Ya sutralah ... I think I'm gonna find something else to do while I'm waiting for Emil. Anyway, have a funky weekend .... and pllleeeaaaseeeee...... do BEHAVE!!!!
