Mau tau susahnya nyari kerja di jakarta ?? Read this :
Company gue lagi ada vacancies for several positions. And hiring processnya tuh ada 7 phases. Considering remuneration package dan benefitnya cukup lumayan ... baru minggu pertama setelah positionnya di advertise di koran ... HR received thousands of application. Trus di sort and all that lah. Nah yang gak kepilih dimasukin ke dalam karung gitu untuk di shred abis datanya dimasukin ke database kita. Guess what ... dari 14 karung gede of unwanted resumes cuma 14 orang yang kepilih untuk phase 1. Ini baru minggu pertama. Ironically, udah susah nyari kerja kayak gini ... some of my coworkers kok masih banyak yang complaining yah. Can't they just be grateful !?! *sigh* dasar manusia !
