Do you know ?

1. If you're wondering whether your honey is the marrying kind, ask him how he feels about his dad. Men who grow up with close ties to their fathers tend to hold positive views about tying the knot. Whether men also feel positive about helping out with the cooking, however, is anyone's guess :D
2. Seventy-five percent of women say they're likelier to fall for someone who makes them laugh than someone who makes them think. Hello, Jim Carrey !
3. Sugar may be your dentist's archenemy, but it's not always to blame for tooth decay. Colas sweetened with sugar cause no more damage to teeth than diet versions, a study indicates. It may be the acidic flavor additives, not just sugar, that attack enamel. Highly acidic beverages such as Sprite and Mountain Dew wreaked the most havoc on teeth. If you won't pass on pop, sip it with food, which can help buffer against decay.
4. Maintaining a sporadic dining schedule could lead to weight gain in the long run. Women who ate three big meals some days and nine mini meals others burned fewer calories at rest than women who downed six mini-meals every day, even though their total calorie intake was the same. No matter how many eating experiences you have daily, stick to regular meal and snack times.
5. Treat your coworkers with kindness: stereotypical jabs, such as dumb-blonde jokes, hamper performance. So unless there's a stage in your office, cut the comedy and collaborate!

Phew ... I'm finally relaxing. It's saturday night and I have no plans made for tonite. Not at all! My tv is off, my phone is off, and my brain is off, too. Feels great for once. It's not such a bad thing, as to what some people might think, especially when I need lots of rest. Man, I gotta have my energizer-bunny-energy recharged by Monday.
